● designed for complete thermal processing of meat, cold cooked meats, cheese and fish products: drying, smoke-curing, steaming, and roasting;

● enables automatic control of the technological process;

● manufactured from top-quality acid-resistant steal;

● power supply: steam, electric energy, gas, and fuel oil;

● for special order, the chamber may be equipped with:

° a cooling system ensuring that thermal processing will be performed at temperature above 16oC

° a spraying system for cooling products after thermal operations are finished,

° a microprocessor system for continuous recording of the process,

° a curing smoke catalyst.

● units with 6 and 8 carts may be made for special order
